Outlined below is shown the anomalies of the various States in Australia in regards to DVA

Electricity  Ambulance Levy [QLD]

I called Origin  and explained that I was on a DVA Disability Pension, with a White Card. They took my details and  I no longer pay the Ambulance Levy on my Electricity  Account.

Concessional  Travel

As I am NSW residence I can use the “Ex Member of  Defence Forces  Pass” for free travel, I recently travelled to WA and showed the NSW card for free  travel in WA.

As QLD looks after the Gold Card holders, but not the White Card holders, we within the RSL need to bring this anomaly in QLD to our elected State members' attention.

  QLD

Pensioners

Queensland residents who hold a 'Queensland Repatriation Health (Gold Card) issued  by Centrelink or Department of Veteran's Affairs are eligible for  concession fares. The 'Health Care Card' issued by Centrelink is not accepted for concession  travel.

In NSW, if  you have a 10% plus DVA Disability Pension you are entitled to apply for an “Ex-Member of  Defence Forces Pass,” this entitles the holder to ‘FREE’ Public Transport in Sydney and within certain regions.
